Return and Refund Policy

Our Approach

At Zorixastyle, we want customers to feel comfortable when ordering handbags from our website. While every order goes through a validation and packing process before dispatch, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. This Return and Refund Policy explain how such situations are handled and what steps customers can expect if a return request becomes necessary.

Our practices also align with applicable legal requirements in Hong Kong, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). This regulation governs how personal information provided during return requests or order communication is collected, used, and protected.

Eligibility for Returns

Zorixastyle offers a 30-day return window for orders that meet certain conditions. Returns are accepted if:

  • The item received is defective
  • A different product was delivered instead of the one ordered

If either of these situations occurs, customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To begin the process, customers can contact our team by email and provide basic order information along with a short explanation of the issue. Supporting photos may be requested in some situations to help confirm the problem.

Return Pickup Process

Once a return request has been reviewed and approved, our team will arrange a pickup service. The pickup schedule will be organized based on the convenience of the customer whenever possible.

Customers do not need to pay for return shipping. Zorixastyle covers the cost of return transportation. In addition, no restocking charges apply to returned items.

The item should be kept in the same condition in which it was received until the pickup is completed.

Inspection After Return

After the product arrives back at our facility, it goes through an internal inspection process. This validation typically takes up to 48 hours.

The purpose of this step is to confirm the issue reported during the return request. Once the validation is completed, our team will contact the customer by email to discuss the available resolution.

Depending on product availability and the customer’s preference, the following options may be offered:

  • Product exchange
  • Full refund

Exchanges

If the customer chooses an exchange and the requested product is available, the replacement item will be shipped using the same delivery timeline described in our Shipping Policy.

This means the exchange shipment will follow the standard processing and delivery schedule. However, exchanges remain subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund option will be provided instead.

Refund Process

Since orders on our website are completed through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued through bank transfer.

Once the returned product has passed the inspection stage and a refund is approved, our team will contact the customer by email to request bank account details required to complete the transfer.

After the necessary details are received, the refund is processed within 24 hours. The amount may take approximately 5 to 7 business days to appear in the customer’s bank account depending on banking procedures.

The full order amount is refunded. Zorixastyle does not apply return fees or restocking charges.

Personal Information During Returns

Handling return requests may require collecting limited personal information such as order numbers, email addresses, or bank details used for refunds.

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong, this information is used strictly for resolving the return request and completing the refund or exchange process. Data is handled responsibly and shared only when necessary to complete operational steps.
